Store Terms and Conditions

Packaging 

  • We package our orders in bubble mailers whenever possible.
  • Used and New parts will be packaged separately within your shipment.
  • All Minifigs are stored and shipped assembled (unless individual parts come from Lego packaged/sealed separately).

 

 

Shipping

  • Orders are pulled and packaged in the order they are received.  
  • Orders are not shipped on Sunday or Holidays.

Our Goal is to Ship Orders Same Day

Monday - Saturday 

Your Order must be received before Noon MST

**Exception to this is for orders containing sets and packaging

(since an appropriately sized shipping box must be located first)**

 

Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with a Tracking Number.
  • You will receive the tracking information when your order has been Shipped.
  • You can find your Tracking information on your order and track your order using either the USPS Website or through Brick Owl at the bottom of your order page.
 
 

Item Condition

New Parts are parts that have never been played with and were obtained from reputable sources. New does not mean they are mint, these parts have traveled a considerable distance which may have resulted in some marks on them. 

 

 

Part Variations

Some parts have slight variations due to a change of mold, we cannot guarantee that these listings are always correct.

Please contact us if you are looking for a specific variation.

 

 

Combining Orders

  • You can add parts to your original order if it has not reached 'Processed' Status. We will combine your orders for you for shipment.
  • There will be an order combining fee of $0.50.
  • The shipping amount will be adjusted (based on the additional weight) if your addition take your order into a higher weight band.

 

International Orders

  • Please ask for details or a quote BEFORE ordering. 
  • Custom forms will be filled out accurately using the order total as the value of the contents. Please do not ask us to falsify the customs form.
  • Please check out your own countries' customs information prior to ordering since you may be required to pay customs fees and/or VAT Tax on this order.

 

Payment

At this time we accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments. If you use Paypal eCheck to pay; please note the order will be held until the Clearance email is received from Paypal.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns.
